Gets two for great customer service from me. I was wanting on getting my 220 out on the range this week to throw lead through it. I'd like to get familiar with it, dial it in & know what ammo it likes so I’m ready when the hunting season rolls in. However, my owners manual & AccuTrigger tools is not in the gun safe. Called them up & they are sending me a replacement package. Now grant it, I wasn’t asking for a lot & manuals are free. It’s really nice to call up the number & deal with someone pleasant & helpful without any bs
