I've got a dirt bike registration question that I can seem to find the answer to online so maybe someone on here can help me out.
I picked up my son a Honda CXR 50 to ride around the house. My question is, if it stays on our property here in NH, do I have to register it? I don't mind paying the fee but if it's on our property and I don't have too, I'd rather not.
I'm sure that when we take trips back home to the family farm he'll ride it there or even in turkey camp but I'm not worried about it until that day comes. No one on my Dad's farm or in camp would be calling up the law on him putting around. Now as he gets older and want to ride along on our ATV trips on his own, he'll need to have it registered but by then, he'll probably have his own wheeler.
Does anyone know what the NH law is?

No you do not. If it is your property you are all set. That came from a CO up north who stopped the land owners son with and expired reg while riding on his property.

Thanks Again, I know in order for me to ride my wheeler in PA or WV, it needs to registered in my home state. With Jake riding around, I don’t think anyone would say anything.

So here is my sons Honda 50cc dirt bike I ended up getting on a trade for one of my three pop up turkey blind (was selling it $75 or $50) but it needed a few repairs. A tune-up, tire tube and rear brake fixed which cost me a total of $162.80 As soon as Jake got on a helmet and I gave him the run down of all the controls, he was all over the yard riding it to my surprise it total control. A guy at my buddy’s shop that worked on it offered him $800 for it. What a deal for me and even a big deal if I took the offer Oh I also learned that if it’s under 90cc bike or four wheeler it does not need to be registered and he needs to be with an adult while riding it. If we had out on a trail or on the ice and a adult (16yrs or older) hops on it to ride around, it needs to be registered and they would be in trouble. Kind a like I did at the shop before picking it up but without getting in trouble At home I’m OK because it’s our property.
